I'll be the first to raise my hand I haven't added a lot to this board. I haven't looked into the secondary offering details but I would venture to guess it's comin at some point, all part of the fundraising process, nothing to run away from.

I am aware of the purchases of the mining equipment, I just you confused mining equipment with shares.

Curious what you meant about the $2 part? i dont get
