Yeah, that was a looooong wait for something to happen :)

CEO looks interesting, and they clearly have some cash on hand - they're looking to purchase profitable businesses, and they're also in the M&A biz, so they may have a client for this shell already. Wouldn't be surprised if they're trying to buy up this very low float in anticipation of a new business moving in...
