Best case scenario, Exactus is still on the hook to 3i for the $525K principal amount (3i already converted 955,375 shares). These hedge funds do this for a living so I'd think they would have all the t's crossed and i's dotted. Will Exactus spend $250K on lawyers to save $150K?
