I imagine that whatever operation brings them in will help with promotion. The influx of ad revenue from the outset will be enough to carry it for a while.
I think the demos and hype surrounding this sport will be enough to make advertisers jump onboard from day one. This sport is growing everyday. The low guy on the totem pole at any ad agency could sell ads for this to come to the US!
I won't count TW out since they have been working on a deal with TW for months now... but I agree with you that DirectTV and Murdock have the edge.
I still have a hunch that Mark Cuban will have something to do with this. There is too much money on the table to be made for him to walk away from it. IMO of course...
