what may be published in the future is the internal review of the brokerage house that allowed these unregistered shares to trade

will look tomorrow for the link - that i have seen a fairly detailed account of when a brokerage fails miserably at doing the basic checks which it should have done.

Someone correct me if i am wrong but journal entries by the TA does not allow the brokerage to not do minimum references in terms of proper documentation
