CPNVF: effective Dec. 1,2020 "Pursuant to an Agreement, Granite Creek has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Copper North by way of a plan of arrangement under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (the "Transaction"). Under the Agreement, each Copper North shareholder will be entitled to receive 1 common share of Granite Creek for each 2.5 common shares of Copper North held."
