My guess Brad retains controlling stake. He seems confident that will happen. If I was in Brad's position I wouldn't have structured a distribution deal unless retaining interest was baked in. Sundial on the other hand has significany problems of its own. They may have to merge with a larger player or have a quick turnaround before becoming insolvent. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
