Look Threes, we are all happy and thankful that we have this new group in here running Avid, but your post is quite misleading.

This group did not take this stock from $.22 to $9 if you take the R/S's into account which you must.

Check out their long term chart and this will give you an accurate picture as it will take into account the R/S's.

Having said that, they did take the company from the mid $3's up to the $9 range.

Now that the company is stabilized and now basically a manufacturing hub of Biologics, while the volatility may be out of the picture(compared to the old PPHM due to ongoing trials...highs and lows) it is time for management to start growing the company and the stock.

They have had the wind mightily at their back due to the Covid pandemic creating this shortage in manufacturing capacity and this desire for homegrown supply chains, so now lets see if they can take advantage of this??

Look at the growth paths of other CDMO manufacturers...Thermo Fisher is just one of them, but proves that with proper management, you can grow a small company into a very large and profitable enterprise!

Now I still believe that the closer we get to profitability and a strong growth path, the more desirable we become as a takeout candidate.

I also do not believe the current board and management are here for the long term....they are here to stabilize and turn Avid into a profitable going concern!

I am OK with all of that, but the longer we operate in the land of mediocracy the less chance that we will be taken out at a huge premium.

I want to see us on a firm growth path which will catapult our share price and then bring on the suitors bidding to take over the company...but not from a starting point of $8 or $9....I would like to see us well into the teens before this happens.

Well into the teens would be for example the $15 to $16 range, and then I am Ok being taken out with a solid premium....anywhere from 50% to 100%.....so mid $20's to $30 range.

But for this to happen, management has to start showing some solid growth in revenues and really begin the expansion and renovation program.

We will see next week how they are progressing....as mentioned before, will they be content to operate a tiny boutique manufacturing company in the land of mediocracy, or will they embark on a solid growth trajectory??!!

I think we are all hoping for the same thing!!!
