This is also an important part of the report you found: "Only one horizontal well has been previously drilled in area, was done poorly, but models at 120KBO (4x vertical)"

So this has already been tested and in my opinion 4x vertical is huge. (Even though they are trying to downplay it in the report) So even if only 4x but likely 5x the vertical well. It wont take a lot of wells to get to high production. Multiples of what they were pulling out previously.
