My confirmation was that the NVSOS, OTC and FINRA paperwork has been filed. There were multiple filings, not just 3. That being said, I would suggest emailing them if you want further details.

So just by pulling up the respective sites, it appears OTC has been updated, but the name won't get changed on OTC or FINRA until the NVSOS has been completed. The bottleneck is with NVSOS, whether it's issues with the paperwork or the agency. My concern is that they are current through 11/16 now, and it's 11/24. I can only assume that there are issues with the paperwork. I don't believe DryWorld would say something, if it didn't happen. IMO
