I think the questions about the history of the shell are a problem. This had been a dirty mess a couple years ago. Minsky ran into problems changing name and ticker during Applicate and was not able to do it. Somewhere in multiple jurisdictions the chain of custody as to proper ownership has been broken. Some here may know more but I believe this was listed under a former name in a different state not Nevada.
