The end of the fiscal year for DBMM was August 31. The 10K isn’t due until 90 days after it ends.

Technically, they could wait until the end of November I guess.

But I feel quite sure we’ll see an NT-10K filed, because of the auditor change.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
