Except as far a BIOAQ is concerned we all know that the deal ended with a total of $4.34 mil as that is exactly what was stated by the monitor, the judge and the attorneys.
There was a deposit of $340,000 and the balance was paid Upfront at closing. This was all described in detail.
So the link posted has nothing to do with BIOAQ in anyway
