redwing, welcome! Yes Many of us here believe we have one of the rarest opportunities to be in on the ground floor with a company that could end up making History with the elimination, Eradication, of viruses......and probably headed for Nasdq if not absorbed by a Huge Bio Pharma first.

Dont underestimate the value of ITV1. IF not for ITV1, im guessing there would be no Merger this week or next. There MUST be a very special outcome of their testing it with Clone3 to put this together, and FAST! Perhaps its like having all of the parts to a super rare automobile being restored, except that one part, like the original and impossible to find steering wheel that makes it possible to move forward, complete. Every part has a lot of value if they work together.

In this case, we KNOW by their own testing and PRd results how well Clone3 works, .... basically can eradicate HIV. We KNOW by studying the ITV1 BG info, how well it works AND how it has finished Phase III already...HUGE!

So, imo, we should be at approx .05. (Base value of appraised Bioclonetics/Fully diluted shares) x PE of a normal Biotech with Phase III and life saving drugs almost ready (8x-300x). You add it up.....

So .02 is a pretty good deal. Just for the HIV capability we should pass $1 easily.....What will happen if in fact they announce that their mAbs work well against Coronavirus? Yeah, straight up for days! .05, .25, $1.25, $4....etc and FAST...
