Oh, ZNOG is going to honor every possible holiday they can think of. When a company has never produced a penny of revenue in it's existence, and the only business plan is to drill a hole in the same location where they've already drilled a dry hole, the company has no incentive whatsoever to expedite anything.

Not while they can bleed shareholders for salaries, benefits, expense accounts, equipment sales, consultation fees, etc. etc.

The only real incentive for ZNOG's management is to show just enough progress to keep the equity issuances alive, while moving as s-l-o-o-o-w-l-y as possible on the production side.

Responsible shareholders, through a responsible board, should be holding ZNOG management's feet to the fire.
