The news about the hotel (not a Dayton sell, but Dayton drilling), is wonderful news.Coupling it with the hotel seems like a win-win.

I love this discussion group because there are both optimists and pessimists (and realists) on board, and all sides seem to do due diligence homework.

I myself have gone from thinking Corrado is a bit too glib to being glad the stock has gone lower so we can buy some more.

Comstock success is not a slam dunk (MCU is a wonderful but risky bet); but I am more optimistic than ever. What are the odds that all the significant gold in one of richest silver/gold deposits in the world was completely mined out by 19th century miners?

I think not. But Comstock, IMHO, does need to work harder toward also producing gold and not just mercury remediation, lucrative as the latter may eventually prove to be.
