BudCars is in its infancy and in a boutique industry at that. On small scale as BudCars, very little potential for net profitability that would be used as profit distribution to SGMD. The business itself has no real value IMO as it can be replicated overnight when the big boys decide they can open 100 locations with all necessary licensing requirements and be running in 45 days or less. If there was money in this business that could be sustained for an extended period, it would be operational by now. SGMD invested shareholder money into BudCars that even with controlling interest, BudCars might be capitalized at just over a million dollars, then subtract obligations.
