I bought shares in a private placement transaction - so I am not holding the certificate & the shares are not in my acct. - So it seems that my & everyone's hope that wants $ELGL to be successful & the SP to go up is for the Company(s) to be successful & not only become current but maybe hopefully up- list to a higher exchange - I think brokerages will then accept certificates hopefully
