unfortunately there are not a bunch of drooling market makers hitting buttons behind every ticker, it is all electronic and algorithms. A buy signal, a sell signal, quantities and price dictate where the ticker price settles.
Stop losses get taken out before a run begins if the algorithm shows an abundance of more buys at higher prices

Do your research, take your position, turn off the noise.
