Mick Davis was part of the company for two years before he took it over. I've read the lawsuit. There is only one: Listermann vs Davis for defamation. In there Listermann claims Davis took over the company promising Listermann money and stock and Listermann received none of it. Apparently, Listermann also filed a restraining order in Davis for threats and cybestalking, hacking etc. It's like a TV drama with these two. Question is: why did Davis fight so hard to steal the company if it's worthless? Why not just walk away and leave it with Listermann to take responsibility if it was his mess? Instead, he bought him out. My guess, the plan was: blow up the public company while blaming all the failure on Listermann despite his two year involvement. Then, steal the encryption technology he told Listermann was worth millions and why Davis came aboard, and, run off with it while we all sit around talking about Listermann. Davis pulled of the perfect con for asset stealing!
