Gee... Look at the recent Twitter announcement after being challenged to answer Red Pheonix questions and reporting revenues from RP?....lmao!!!

We've consolidated Red Phoenix with Restore Franchise Group (purchased by Red Phoenix in January), leaving RFG as the surviving entity. Red Phoenix is/was a pass through. This has no material impact on the business . $LTNC
