PR released via M2 presswire. I got it on my scanz platform.

The PR is just a generic explanation of what a R/M is, not even stating the company is looking to find one, and people are buying because they see the words reverse merger and they buy. This PR doesn't actually make any claims so whoever paid to release it may not even get in trouble for lying (because there are no claims in the PR whatsoever).
