Are you new? If you're asking these questions I suggest learning the fundamentals of reverse splits and why they may be necessary. Also do research on market cap, basic earnings per share data. Reverse splits actually increase the price per share. Also an empty shell gains value after the private company uploads the financial earnings report. Then a market cap can be established.
