Hello,

I am the unfortunate owner of several thousand shares of Global Clean Energy Inc. I live in Canada and I am not allowed to trade this stock (buy or sell) because of the actions of this company - they did not follow the rules and the Canadian Government has put a ban on trading. One would think that GCEI would be capable of fixing these mistakes, but this stock has had this status of banned trading since 2012. Another great move by this pathetic company.

I decided to reach out to this company to see if anything could be done as I want to get rid of this stock. All email messages have been ignored!

I tried calling (713-566-0046) them and spoke with a person who said his name was "Randy Rankin".

This person asked me to call him back in one month as he would look into what can be done.

I called back to the same number (713-566-0046) one month later as advertised on their GCEI's website and asked to speak to Randy Rankin.

At first the person who answered said he is not Randy Rankin, and then 2 minutes later he changed his mind and said he was Randy Rankin.

He said that the company will not be able to do anything to fix the trading issue in Canada and that he cannot do anything to help (whoever the guy I spoke to was said that).

What a scam of a company!

This is worth than pathetic. They even lie to their stockholders.
