deficit that needs managing...


Are all the cheering folks

thinking hand outs are coming

from such a distressed economy?...


That is why the results

look so hinky in 2020...


China may start accelerating

their draw down of reserves

in U.S. with election over...


Because China is now facing

round 2 of global slow down...


And that could really pressure

interest rates trying to

be held down...
