This is the most important information to anyone new on this board.

News saying that HRAL reverse merged into Crystal Clear Corporation is imminent.

On a filing posted on OTC Markets at 07.02.20 the company said this below(scroll down to the bottom of the document).

12.SUBSEQUENT EVENT

On May 11, 2018, the Company signed a Binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase the shares of Crystal Clear Corporation (Crystal). Crystal owns the Intellectual Property and assets pertaining to a new type of commercial hearing device.

The LOI requires the parties to negotiate and sign a definitive Purchase Agreement so that in exchange for 20 million restricted shares in the Company, the Company would receive 100% of Crystal shares. The Company is also required to provide $200,000 in working capital. If at the end of 180 days from the signing of the Purchase Agreement, the Company has not provided the agreed upon working capital, the percentage ownership transferred by Crystal to the Company will be reduced at an agreed upon rate.

On June 1, 2020, the definitive agreement was signed by both parties and the Company expects to close before the end of Q2 2020

The end of Q2 2020 was the end of September. We are now in November. But a few weeks ago, already in October, we noticed that the "Shop" link on HRAL website is already redirecting to Crystal Clear website.

It's obvious that the RM is done. No company would send buyers to another company and have the logo of another company on its website without authorization. There is only one explanation. HRAL is now Crystal Clear.

So the time to buy is now that the PPS is right under the downtrend line(red line), as you can see on my chart below:

IMO HRAL will make a run to .10 - .18 even before the news saying the RM is done. We noticed big orders on the bid last Friday, and I think that insiders are buying.

HRAL will run on anticipation.

I am talking about a 900%(.1) - 1.700%(.18) run.

HRAL is a low float stock and runs very fast. It ran from .005 to .07 in only 8 days last May.

The time to buy and make a lot of money is NOW.

I am 100% sure HRAL will run at least to .10 - .11.
