Nothing to do with the company's business plan! The SEC does not care that at all! The CEO did that only for pump and dump since he could dilute Billions Of Free shares to rob the innocent investors while they usually do not know they should not "buy any shares before checking out the stock's OS and AS etc. key information"!

CIVX will further crash to 0.0001 or even its Bottom 0.00001 again since the Huge Diluting MM CSTI has been diluting Large amount of shares everyday! Which is why CIVX crash down to 0.0004 from 0.0035 in such short period!

Shocking Bad News for us! CIVX had 1,038,069,927 shares Giant OS as of 01/31/2007 alone based on its latest quarterly report on 03/15/2007 --- see the link below! The Giant AS is 5B or 5,000,000,000 shares! So the current OS should be at least 2B shares!

Keep in mind that the current AS is 5B or 5,000,000,000 shares!

No wonder why it ever stuck at 0.0001 ~ 0.000001 for very long time before the Quick And Huge rally on 04/01/2020!

Anyway those emotional 0.0035 ~ 0.0015 buyers will most likely stuck there forever since they did not investigate the OS count before they bought CIVX shares at Extremely-Overvalued price levels several months ago!

Look at its peer RCMH (only 851M shares FIXED Low OS): it has been trading at 0.0001 ~ 0.0003 since last Friday with ZERO dilution v.s. CIVX (2B+ shares Huge OS) at much much higher rice levels 0.0009 ~ 0.0004 since a week ago! So CIVX is much much more expansive than RCMH now!

So buying CVIX at 0.0004 = buying RCMH at 0.00094!

So buying CVIX at 0.0006 = buying RCMH at 0.00141!

So buying CVIX at 0.0009 = buying RCMH at 0.00212!

I might buy 10M shares at 0.0001 for Quick flipping though 0.0001 is still a Very Risky price because the All-Time-Low of CIVX was 0.000001...
