Well here is my two cents on it all. I don't claim to be some kind of expert, but, I have been in these kinds of plays a time or two.

I know there are people who don't believe penny stocks don't get shorted. I do believe there are people with deep enough pockets to short it.

Here is why I believe the bashing and pumping is happening.

1. RVDO very well could be just a placement holder for RNWF and may not have anything to do with RVDO. The PR that has been said to be posted by RVDO could possibly have no information about RNWF. This could trigger a selloff that the shorts will love and hoping for.

2. Some shorts if they haven't done there homework think this will have an R/S. This is stupid as we know this is a very clean shell with insiders owning a huge part of the open shares.

As far as saying what an owner or a representative of the company can or cannot do... well I have seen this kind of open dialogue for many years from different companies without them ever getting into trouble for it. The guidelines for the "quite periods" are pretty clear and will rarely be broken even in the penny stocks world.
