I think I found something interesting and I'm still digging. From 9/25/20 to 9/29/20 Shawn closed on several acquisitions. Most of the acquisitions are tied to Lawerence Hawkins but I think I also found something interesting with "Royal Life Centers" which is the same location that Shawn is renting office space.
RECOVERY RESIDENCES, LLC ties back to ROYAL LIFE CENTERS LLC "see screenshots below". What are the odds that RECOVERY RESIDENCES, LLC closes its company the same day that Lawerence closes all of his on 9/25/20? I'm still digging but I think this is another acquisition that we will soon hear about.

FRANK CID is the connection between RECOVERY RESIDENCES, LLC, and ROYAL LIFE CENTERS LLC and VESSELOV, KIRILL is listed as the Registered Agent to RECOVERY RESIDENCES, LLC and COMMUNITY HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER, LLC.

With this new financing, the acquisition of 51% of American Treatment Holdings Ltd. has closed in escrow. The wholly-owned subsidiary of American Treatment Holdings Ltd. is Evernia Health Center LLC (“Evernia”), which holds the lease on 950 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Florida.
