ATRX 10 M OS is MRNA reborn. ATRX, Adherea Therapeutics. ATRX trades on the OTC between .05 and .20 the past 6 months and was 60 cents a year ago. And that was with no business as it is basically a shell although they do have medical assets which could be key. They only have a 10.8 M OS for a $700 K market cap. No debt. No dilution. I have always watched this stock because it is the old MRNA on the NASDAQ and MRNA was a high flyer.

Here are the highlights of the company and why the stock should move up nicely in a nutshell.

1. ATRX is the old MRNA as I said. The old MRNA (Marina bio) used to trade at $50 on the Nasdaq doing RNA therapy. The new MRNA (Moderna bio) does the same thing, RNA therapy, and trades at $75 a share and has been one of the hottest stocks on the nasdaq all year. Trump mentions them all of the time as a covid vaccine company.

2. There is a connection between the old MRNA (ATRX) and the new MRNA that not many know about. Some RNA assets that the new MRNA has are licensed with ATRX.....the old MRNA.

3. This is key...The ceo of ATRX, Andrew Kucharchuk came into OBMP about 8 months ago, found an acquisition target, acquired it, and the stock went from .06 to $1.5. Now trades around 30 cents. He specializes in finding these medical shell companies, bringing in an M & A, and then he leaves. He has recently become the CEO of ARTX.

4. ATRX has a number of options as far as an M & A per their latest Q. I talked to the CEO very recently and telamed and other fast growing medical companies are in play. That should take it to the many dollars range ala OBMP but better as ATRX OS is much smaller. He sounded very ready and able to get things going and to work with his contacts to bring in an acquisition and then further ones down the road. Very smart guy as well.

So imo anything under .15 will do a 10-20 bagger at least. Getting the news flow going quickly sounds like a for sure thing

I see no reason why, with this ceo and what is coming, this cannot be a multi dollar runner very soon.
