I would appreciate the warning.

Would you think this is our role "I have stuck around with no position for about 5 years to warn newbees", "Newbees, stay away from this stock, it's a dangerous pump and dump. " , "Dedicated To Fighting Pump & Dumps " ?

Of course I would do some DD, and take into consideration whether that poster has been right about that stock and others.

ihub boards are overrun with penny pump and promotion.

Pumpers feel its appropriate to advertise the stock as a once-in-a-lifetime-buy, and LONGS say it's their right & duty to defend their LONG position.

Otoh, others may feel it appropriate to warn new investors to dig a little deeper. Again - I appreciate those warnings, particularly if they come w/ links to evidence of past misdeeds by company and/or management.

Your best defense is to provide your viewpoint with LINKS TO EVIDENCE that indicate you know what you're talking about, and not worry about the rest.

If you're convinced you're right, and some basher is preventing the stock from advancing, then they're providing you an opportunity to buy more before all that bullish goodness is finally reflected in PPS.
