Some thoughts on the "public" white paper from ODCC by Traderam99

This is what I think happened (Re: the "Made Public" thing)


I think that ODCC and Alibaba released the white paper showing the Spectra7 technology Internally (within industry members and ODCC), and Spectra7 KNEW about it since it was released in Sept., and that now, Finally, Raouf Halim convinced Alibaba to let him Announce this (semi) Public release of the info.

So, in effect, what we got was a TRULY public announcement of information that, until a couple of days ago, was considered Industry Inside information.

It IS a ppretty big deal, actually. That's why investors reacteed the way they did, but I can see why some are questioning the "Is it public or not?" issue.

Overall, a Net Positive for us at no real cost to Alibaba, as they know everyone else is using Spectra7 anyway...
