Only speak when you know what you are talking about! A little education is in order! Hydrogen is produced when the sunlight brought about by Solar Panels hitting water molecules, (and the water need not be pure,) and Hydrogen is formed, then fed into a fuel cell, where it is broken down into Electrons, which then run the electric motors that run a vehicle or in-office power generators! The Hydrogen produced by the Hydrogen production device can then be stored in a similar in concept to a gasoline Gas tank, for use in Fuel Cell driven cars and vehicles!

Fuel cells have been around a long time, and used on a number of Apollo Spacecraft for the power needed to run all the electronic components in the Spacecraft! Hydrogen in it most compact form may have been the rocket fuel used in at least the first stage of that rocket as well!!
