Not much there, in my opinion, except for one big take away from page 29....

The Company has been approached by several outside parties for the purpose of seeking a strategic alliance, merger, or acquisition. The Company has not signed any definitive agreements yet with said outside party or parties but intends to file the proper disclosures upon entering into a material event, if ever, with any other entity, party, or company or companies.
