Yes this is a fact. Mr. Titus is playing with the stock. Another one is playing with the stock for him to earn a lot of money. He can do that with millions of shares and he knows the play. He had done it before. He don't like to have the shares much higher because he has the most money with a low price. It is a casino play not the stockmarket and there is no control of it!Only the taxation can do a research of the books and his own money but I think his money is not in America and he can pay the taxation for it.
