Someone had reinstated 81 logics (5-20) right around the start of the recent pump&dump by l-r-dg. 81 logics had gone dormant for some time. The SOS will list as inactive after more than a year without filing or paying business license fees. It is nothing to reactivate a business license to appear as an active company.
This kind of conduct and activity by biscardi shouldn't surprise anyone.
