Merger details, if we are going to discuss this lets stick to facts.

We know the shares were issued in June.
We know the PPS was $0.001 with a Merger Clause in it.
We know the surviving corporation IE PHIL is to probably take over American Plastics fully.

What I was saying is we need to look into warranty trades as a possible topic and I was asking if anyone know why the PPS that was issued increased from $0.001 to $1.00 after the state showed a redomicile issue. Questions we don't have answers too. The change happen after the PR of the $500 million and $250 million deals were announced. Those shares were not on the state website before the domicile issue. Are they new preferred shares? We don't know.
