BUT, What kind of news? I am out of this. I hate Icahn, because Icahn is who he is, and he can be bad news for even this company which he basically owns majority of/by/thru Cayman Island offshore Entities, etc... Buffet even left him amidst dispute. This man ruined so many major US corps from CIT to GM to many others wiping all Shareholders out. NEVER trust him with anything- even a company he supposedly owns. He is a Vulture capitalist like Romney was once, , NOT an oil man...
