Given their share count is about double what it was when they were at 0.30, IF they can get their Mansounia project back (the only thing of real value that they had; their Ghana properties are worth squat), then they could/should get up to 0.15. If they can follow that with some fund raising (a little more dilution, but necessary) and advance Mansounia towards mining, the SP could/should at that point hit 0.30 and higher as they approach actual mining. IMO.
