I believe the Castle website presentation is over a year old, and it's for a different funding amount then the most recent (August 3rd, 2020) communication from the company when they indicated the deal to be in the 60 million dollar range.

The lack of change on that site might not be an indication of deal success or progress, they may have already completed funding but haven't released the details yet. Honestly, with their last two quarterly filings being late, I wouldn't be surprised if they were just behind on releasing info on the deal
