Montana- I disagree. I devoured every page, line, and word. I thought Singer's original appeal briefs were masterful, as I believe is the case here. Again, nothing matters, if the readers are unwilling to read the words on the paper they're printed on.

Keep in mind, restrictions dictate the length and style of this kind of petition, which is listed at the end of the document. Singer elucidated the errors of DC with precision and fidelity to case law. Singer specifically addressed all the prior art in context, that contrary to the DC's inaccurate statement, that said prior art was not considered, he said they were as a matter of record. Moreover, he states that despite the fact that the prior art was well known and well documented, no one thought of inventing a drug like Vascepa before Amarin did.
