I have a hard time believing any Nasdaq company would "transfer" a successful and valuable asset (BIGtoken) for 90% of a dramatically undercapitalized OTC company.
A true reverse merger would have SRAX 100% buying a clean shell, then spinning off the BIGtoken business into the new shell. This is some kind of hybrid asset exchange for 90% of a company which only had $4000 in revenue.
Unless SRAX is about to go down the toilet... something else is happening here. It's like watching a magic show. kevroc
