the date for the shareholder approval date has been moved back, but also the transaction for the close date has been set for that same date, so not much change as far as a bottom line except for the fact that the date of record for being able to vote has also been moved back as well. I wonder if they saw that they werent getting enough voting from shareholders and wanted more time or some other reason, didnt realize you could change the date after announcing it like that.
