seems like Mr. CEO is really convinced the company will list on a higher exchange. right now it seems like a stretch, but if the saudi financing and other deals in progress plays out, it could very well be back to trading by pennies. this paragraph is IMHO.

wonder if USXP will get that $700 million lawsuit reward, when the case gets settled. that'd be something that'll send the stock up.
