What we are learning is that the big movers and the quick movers tend to have the highest insider ownership. QUTR appears to be on the fast track - would not be surprised to see that finalize in the next 3-6 weeks. After that, I am thinking ILXP could be next. 91.5M OS, 79.5M insider ownership, 12M float! Custodianship expected to terminate on 11/6 or earlier. Could see this merged before year end.
