Again you are taking things out of context completely.

This company was a boat fabricator and boat seller. They're only asset was the luxury liner "the luxuria"

It was sold at a substantial loss and all proceeds went to the CEO, his wife and nephew, making the stock essentially worthless.

Anything new such as the latest news about a stock purchase in a new company, was unknown at that time.

So I fail to see your point
