The current OS could be over 1.2B shares if that statement is true since the AS is 7B shares and 2B more shares were ready to flood to the market!
Hopefully the company will pause the huge dilutions very soon so that OCLG breathe for a while...
Anyway will the newly-diluted shares be used for something? Any call back from the CEO regarding to the SS and financials?
