I think it more likely that UAMA is not responding. They want it dismissed as its going nowhere.

It amounts to the same thing, i feel their initial argument was good ( except the damages part ) the second submission corrected that, and i think could have moved forward.

If however UAMA is dead, its not going anywhere.

As I said, popping on the call would be interesting, I wonder if they meant to publish that.
