So far, yes. But considering there has never been a valid reason for it to have run so high put forth, one might consider it to be over valued. The market cap is $28M! This, for a company that went dark 4 years ago.

I think it's unreasonable to believe that there's much more upside potential here as people will get impatient waiting for something to come from the company to validate it's sp and start to take profits off the table.
