Getting suspended doesn’t mean you can’t complete the financials and file. All this growth in a hot sector , they should have fast track the financials and with a real good SEC lawyer we would be current by now.

Yes the SEC will punish you, but they will work with you, if you supply all supported documents to get current!!

We have to be current by years end or something really stinks!!
